REGULATIONS OF THE PLFON ONLINE SHOP

Preliminary decisions
1. The following text constitutes regulations of the PLFON online shop. Peoplefone Polska S.A. is an Operator of the shop with the registered office in Warsaw. Regulations are applying to the Seller and all Customers using services of this online shop.
2. All offered products in the online shop are brand new, free from physical defects and legal, and legally were led to the Polish market.
3. All customer complaints concerning the manner of providing services, resulting from the ignorance, or non-observances of this regulations won't be considered.

Accepting an order
1. the PLFON online shop is conducting the sale of products via the network Internet.
2. the completion of an order folded into weekdays the same day is being begun and can last from 2 to  5 working days
3. through the filling of an order form the Customer is submitting an offer of the purchase of the defined product.
4. placing an order in the PLFON online shop is tantamount to approval of this regulations.

Changing and cancelling the order
1. The customer can enter amendments to the order form into the moment of sending by the Seller
of e-mail, confirming the fact of sending ordered products.
2. The customer can withdraw or modify the placed order with e-mail at the address: sklep@plfon.pl
3. It isn't possible to cancel or to implement changes in ordering the product which was already sent.

Prices
1. All prices are being quoted in zlotys Polish, contain the value added tax and the postage.
2. The quoted price by every product is binding in the moment of placing an order by the Customer.
3. The seller is reserving the right for the change of prices of products being in stock of the shop, entering new releases into the offer of the online shop, leading and cancelling promotion campaigns.

Dates of the order processing
1. The ordered product is being sent within 2-5 working days of placing an order.
2. The seller isn't bearing responsibility for not-keeping the date for reasons independent of it, in particular in case of the appearance of the force majeure.
3. Domestic parcels delivered via the courier name, should reach of next working days after the day of sending them.
4. The seller is carrying out ordered and exclusively in Poland.

Making a payment
The shop is honouring the following payments method:

- payment card
- ePrzelew
- PayPal

Customer complaints
1. It is possible to make the customer complaint within 24 months of the date of the purchase of the product in the PLFON online shop. one should send the Product to the address:

One should attach the receipt of purchase to the complaints dispatch (confirming the purchase which the Customer received in an electronic form after making payment behind the product) and description of the defect.
2. The shipment to business premises takes place at the Customer's expense.
3. The Customer will receive the response to the made customer complaint within 14 days of the day of delivering the product to business premises.
4. Customer complaints are being investigated free of charge. In case of discovery defects resulting from the guilt of the producer, the product will be exchanged and sent back to the Customer at the expense for the Seller.

Return of ordered goods
1. it is possible to make the return of ordered goods within 10 working days of the date of receiving it. One should send returned goods to the address:

One should attach the receipt of purchase to the complaints dispatch (confirming the purchase which the Customer received in an electronic form after making payment behind the product).
2. The returned product will be accepted by the Seller only and exclusively when he will be sent back in the original, undamaged container, from complete with his content, and won't be carrying signs of the use.
3. The seller is declaring that he isn't accepting parcels cash on delivery.
4. One should join the number of the banking account, to which he is supposed to take place to the returnable letter repayment of the payment.
5. The payment will be returned to the Customer within 14 working days of the moment of receiving by the shop the returnable letter. In case of the payment by the payment card the return will be made to the card. In case of the payment PayPal the payment will be returned on account PayPal of the purchaser.

Protection of personal data

Personal details are being processed by PLFON in compliance with the required confidentiality with Data Protection Act. It isn't regarding cases, when PLFON is obliged to a disclosure of information embraced with secret based on provisions of the law.
