How did you experience the change?


Absolutely no problems. The change was meticulously planned by our IT partner Teleinformatik and implemented according to schedule.

Employees hardly noticed the change.


What were the challenges?


Our employees must always be available for our customers.

Therefore, it was necessary to ensure that the change took place within a short time and that everything worked from the start. This was guaranteed.


What was and is the collaboration with peoplefone and Teleinformatik like?


Trustworthy, personal, on time, and the performance was right. The installation partner Teleinformatik accompanied us closely and reacted immediately when action was required.


What is the biggest difference compared to the previous solution?


The new solution is now directly connected to ESTOS and MS Office. In addition, thanks to the peoplefone app, employees are now reachable on their landline number while on the go. You can also make calls to Switzerland from abroad at a low price and in good quality.
