Go to the "speed dial" tab, enter the necessary data – phone number, name, and the digit corresponding to the speed dial. Thanks to this feature, you won't have to dial the entire number of the person you want to connect with – making calls will be even faster. You can edit and delete the function at any time.
Go to the fax tab, which allows you to send and receive faxes. You can edit the settings of this feature and change the banners that will be visible in the message sent to the recipient.
You can send SMS messages after logging in at www.plfon.pl and clicking the SMS tab at the top of the user panel. Then, enter the recipient's number, type the message content, and select "send SMS". The cost of one SMS message to Poland is 12 groszy gross. We do not send SMS messages to foreign numbers.
To enjoy good HD call quality, you need a symmetrical bandwidth of 128 kbps for one phone call and data packet transmission delays no greater than 120 ms. The service will also work on a weaker internet connection or mobile 3G/LTE, but you may experience issues with voice or video call quality.
The sound quality during VoIP calls depends on the quality and speed of your internet connection.
If the sound is distorted during a call, it means that your internet connection may be overloaded or its quality is insufficient. Make sure that you are not downloading or uploading large files over the internet while making calls.
You can check the quality of your connection using VoIP tests available online. If the test shows problems with your connection, you should report it to your internet service provider.

Usually, the problem lies in excessive traffic restrictions on the devices transmitting packets on either side of the conversation (firewalle, routery).
For proper operation, a VoIP connection requires:
- Allowing UDP port 5060 between the PLFON platform and the client's devices. The fact that a call is being established indicates that this port is correctly allowed on the devices.
- Allowing the UDP port range 6000 – 40000. Failure to correctly allow this range is the reason for the lack of communication with one side of the conversation.
Solution: Ensure that the UDP ports listed above are allowed on the devices controlling packet flow (routers, firewalls).
